1. Power On/Off: Long press the power button to turn the timer on, selecting one of three alarm modes (beeps, vibrates, or mute). A second long press powers it off.

2. Select Alarm Mode: Quick presses of the power button allow you to switch between the alarm modes - Sound (beeps and flashing LED), Vibrates (vibrating and LED), or Mute (only the flashing indicator).

3. Start Countdown: Flip the timer so that the desired number side is face up. The blue LED indicator will start flashing, and the countdown initiates. The blue LED will remain lit throughout the countdown.

4. Finish Countdown: As the end of the set time approaches, the blue LED blinks slowly, followed by rapid blinking alongside the chosen alarm. To silence the alarm, flip the power button face up or press it once.

5. Change Countdown: If you flip the timer to display a new number while the countdown is active, the original countdown will reset to the new time.
