Time Setup

Changing to Clock Mode:
To enter clock mode, flip the clock/timer mode switch towards the clock icon. This action will set the device to clock mode.

Setting the Time:
- To access the time setting, long press the SET button while in clock mode. - The default format is a 24-hour display starting from 00:00. The sequence for setup is as follows: 12/24 hour format → Hour → Minutes → Alarm Hour → Alarm Minutes.

Adjusting Time: - Utilize the ↑ or ↓ buttons to modify the numbers. A long press allows for continuous adjustment of the values. - After adjusting, press the SET button to progress to the next setting. - Note: If no buttons are pressed for 15 seconds, your adjustments will be automatically saved, returning to the time display.

Sound Settings

Selecting Sound Mode:
You can toggle between sound and mute using the alarm mode switch button.

• Sound Mode: During an alarm, the red alarm indicator will blink along with the sound notification.
• Mute Mode: The red alarm indicator blinks, but there is no sound.

Tabata Mode (Mint Only):
In Tabata mode, set your desired exercise times using the alarm switch button, with T20 for 20 seconds and T30 for 30 seconds. NOTE: Silent settings are disabled in this mode.

Alarm and Snooze Functionality

Within clock mode, a brief press of the SET button lets you activate or deactivate the alarm. An "AL" icon signifies that the alarm is on. To silence the alarm when it rings, press any button located on the back of the device. If the alarm sounds, flipping the timer activates the snooze functionality.

When snooze is engaged, the "AL" icon will flash. The snooze duration lasts 9 minutes, and you can repeat this function indefinitely. Pressing any back button will pause the snooze. Once snooze is turned off, the "AL" icon stops blinking, and the alarm will sound at the same time the following day.

Installing the Battery Cover

To fit the battery cover, align the set icon with the Mooas logo in the same direction, then simply close it.
